Thanks for the post. Super thought provoking as always. Agree with the broad point that gaming analytics data is acutely opaque. One area that wasn't connecting for me was: how a SLM would be able to aggregate the data required to solve the challenge?

There doesn't appear to be much incentive for game publishers to expose their own data. And platforms like TikTok and Discord also limit what can be seen. How do see you the path forward? My take is that Tencent or Microsoft are sufficiently large they could offer such a service to their vast array of subsidiaries, but beyond that, I don't think there's enough of a financial motive for others to act.
