One comment on the NPCs setting the rules is - isn't this just how all rulemaking (via the law) works? Judges aren't experts on films or digital currencies or whatever.
Appreciate the comment. The judge has been excellent in her questioning and probing both parties equally. The NPC reference is for Tim Cook, leader of one of the largest gaming platforms.
